Simply pay for the hours you use, with no long-term commitment.

Entrusting someone with your business is a big step. Understandably, you’ll want to build our relationship at your own pace. That’s why you can increase, or decrease, your hours accordingly.

Access, above and beyond

Operating as a remote virtual assistant service in the UK, our virtual doors are open to the UK, Europe, and beyond.

As a rule of thumb, it’s a 24-hour turnaround per task. Above that, we discern the priority of each request, to make sure we are available at the right time for every client.

Total transparency

To help you plan, with no surprises, we provide retainer clients with a mid-monthly check-in to see how much time has been used.

At the end of the month, you’ll receive a detailed time report showing how the hours have been invested.

The first step is to arrange a call to explore how I can help you and to see if we’re a good fit. If so, next steps are as follows –

Onboarding includes discussing initial hours, as well as how you prefer to communicate and delegate your tasks and projects.
I’ll send you my Terms and Conditions and a Data Processing Agreement via my e-signing tool.
I arrange for a secure transfer of any login details and data that you need to share with me to enable us to work seamlessly together.
The good thing about collaboration in the VA world is that we, and therefore you, have every type of skillset and service covered.
It’s important to know how highly we value our clients. Going forwards, we’ll work closely with you and communicate regularly.
To this end, our business Terms state that you have "three working days to request rectification of any unsatisfactory completion of work". To date, this has never happened. We include the clause simply because we believe in offering solid reassurance of our commitment to right any issues raised, and therefore guarantee the calibre of service you deserve.
